ABOUT THE CONDO
This is a large 2 story townhouse/condo about 1700+ sq feet. It is an end unit. The unit is split into two sections, an upper unit (second floor) and a lower unit (first floor). They share a small mud room entrance, with some snow sleds & small library of DVDs for your use.

Each unit has ;
1. Full kitchen (complete with Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove/Oven) and solid wood door entrance.
2. FREE internet via AT&T DSL (1.5Mbs Down/384k Up), bring your 802.11 laptop and connect for FREE.
3. Each floor has Digital Cable TV service with Extended Basic (36 channels including ABC,NBC,CBS) plus Movie View Package (Encore, Showtime, The Movie Channel, 12 movie channels) also the Digital Music Package (40+ Music channels).
4. A Cool feature. Notice that internet service is provided by the phone company. If the cable TV goes out in a storm, and you're stuck inside, you will likely still have internet.

You can rent either unit OR both together at a savings. Both the upper and lower have full kitchens and full normal size bathrooms with tubs/shower (in case you need a soak after skiing or a big hike.). The upper unit has a Kohler Jet tub. If you are traveling as two small families, this is ideal as the seperate units offer privacy at night, they only share the mud room entrance.

Safe easy trails and sidewalks, all at low elevation, make this unit a fun place just by walking outside.

It is very close to Sand Harbor. Go south on Tahoe boulevard for a few minutes and you reach the state park on your right. A very short drive.

Located very near the Hyatt Hotel Resort Casino on the Lake side of Tahoe Blvd. Walk to the Hyatt in less than 10 minutes. Walks to the lake are pleasant. All without crossing rushing traffic as this is the Lake side of Tahoe Blvd. (Highway28). Walk from the condo to the Incline Village Rec Center in under 3 mins. The complex property line is shared with the Incline Village Rec Center.

It is very close to the Incline Village Championship and Mountain golf courses, restaurants and Ski Beach . Diamond Peak Ski Resort shuttle passes on its way to the Hyatt and will drop you off near the complex at the end of the day. You can also catch the shuttle or drive 20 mins to Northstar Ski Resort(or Mt. Rose). This has a great outdoor bar area around a large Ice Skating ring in the winter time. When there is no snow, you can walk 15 mins (or ride a bike) on a sidewalk trail to Raley's Supermarket, Starbucks and more. On the way you will pass the new skateboard park & baseball field. See the Google internet map and you will find out how close it is.

The units are great for couples or average size families. For a big family or 2 small families vacationing together you can rent it as one big unit for a nice savings. For families traveling together, you won't find many units like this, together yet seperate.

Spectacular Diamond Peak & Lake Views Of all the ski resorts on the lake, Diamond Peak has the best lake views. It is the closest and only 3 mins to the lift from our condo. Northstar is the next closest, less 15-20 mins to the entrance.This condo is closer to Northstar than Truckee rentals.

UPPER UNIT

A bit more luxurious. It is larger with a fireplace and one person Kohler jetted bathtub. A loft space with a bedroom, a sofa in the lounge area and small desk area. Due to its high cathedral ceiling it has a fun comfortable sky chair swing in the living room. This is unit is nice luxury for a family of 4 or 5.

This is a nice stairway to the loft. Unlike, one of those metal spirals. Look closely to see a plexiglass safety wall on the upper section.

Loft lounge area has a small desk for your laptop. You can see part of the loft sofa as well as out the high window in the living area.

Upper unit loft bedroom from the bedroom door. The window slides open, there are wooden bars to prevent a child from running through it. There is a screen...in the summer/spring a nice breeze can travel through the living room sliding door below.

This is the loft bedroom, from the window you can see it has a single as well as a full bed. Loft sleeps 3.

Upper balcony view of the corner. There are no buildings behind this condo. It has woods and a year round stream.

Nice unit, sleeps 4 comfortably. 2 in the bedroom and 2 on a very comfortable chaise lounge sofa/bed in studio section which has a door to the hallway for evening privacy.

This is the studio area of the lower unit. You can not see the new chaise lounge double bed sofa from this angle.

This is the bedroom of the lower unit. It sleeps 2 in a sleigh bed.

Notice the mirrors. This is real nice during the day if you have the sliding glass door blinds open. It brings the outside in. See the studio's Chaise/Sofa/Bed. It sleeps 2. It is very comfortable and firm, nothing at all like a conventional sofa bed. Sheets/pillows are in the big closet.

You pull up and let it down quickly to convert from sofa to flat bed position. You can also pull up on the wall end and it will click into this comfortable chaise lounge position shown here. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to do this...just remember to pull up until release let it down fast. If you let it down slow it will lock in various angle positions. It is not possible to push or force it into a position. Takes a minute to practice this up then let down to lock position.
